1. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

•  If your order totals more than RM100, you’ll receive free shipping in WEST Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. 

2. Shipping Timeframes

• We normally ship out the parcel within 5 working days upon order received. The actual delivery timeframes will be totally depend on third party courier service. We have no control on the speed of delivery.

• For Singapore order, it will take about 6-8 working days to be delivered after shipped out. The actual delivery timeframe will be totally depends on courier service and the destination custom clearance speed. We have no control.
